How it works

Step 01 — Sign up and verify your rental details
Provide basic information about your tenancy. The process does not require your landlord's involvement at any point.

Step 02 — We track your monthly payments
Each month, your on-time rent payment is recorded through the PlusCredit platform and tagged as responsible credit activity. Nothing changes about how you currently pay rent.

Step 03 — Your payment history goes to Equifax
Your consistent rent payments tagged as positive activity are reported to Equifax, which becomes part of your credit file. Reporting typically begins appearing within a few weeks of your first recorded payment.
